Our delivery policy is the following:
- We aim to dispatch our goods within 2-3 working days from receiving an order. Most of the time we do our best to dispatch well within this timeframe, but sometimes due to the nature of our business and the fact we prepare all of our products in house, we cannot promise that. Please allow 2-3 days for us to dispatch
- Our free delivery is a 3-5 working days delivery from the dispatch date. We aim to dispatch as soon as we can, and in order for us to afford free delivery we need to allow the courier a 3-5 working days window. In most cases this timeframe is accurate but please keep in mind the delivery companies are third party and unfortunately we are at their mercy of their service too.
To sum it up from the moment of your purchase please allow anywhere between 5 and 8 working days for the item to arrive at your door. In the even where you need the item ASAP, please contact us directly before placing the order and we will let you know if we are able to dispatch within the required timeframe.
When purchasing from us please be understanding we are running a small batch business, and every order is important for us and we will always do our best to avoid delays – but in the unfortunate scenario where an item is delayed, we insure our packages, so we need to follow the right procedures as directed by the courier. One such scenario we need to follow is in case the item is late, we need to wait a certain amount of time before being able to deem it lost (for example 2-3 weeks). Please consider your circumstances when ordering, such as someone being available at home during delivery, safe spot, etc.
